Shipping Policy for eSIM Plans
eSIM products are delivered digitally. After payment is completed, the eSIM QR code and related delivery details are sent to the customer by email. To ensure successful delivery, please make sure you use a valid email address when placing your order.
Shipping Fee: Free shipping.
Delivery Method: Email delivery.
Orders are generally processed and delivered by email within 24 hours, including both business days and non-business days. Delivery time may vary if manual review, fraud screening, or provider-side processing is required.
Shipping Policy for eSIM Adapter Cards and eSIM Router Products
Shipping Method
Hardware products are shipped internationally. Delivery usually takes approximately 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier performance.
Shipping Cost
- USD 4 to USD 15 for eSIM adapter cards, depending on the delivery destination.
- USD 30 for eSIM routers.
Order Processing Time
All hardware orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where applicable.
